Service

In the event your BSC product should require service you can rest assured your investment will be taken care of. All of our products are well documented and modular in design allowing easy service of circuit boards or even components.

If you are experiencing problems with your BSC product, please contact technical support at 203-982-7369 or send an email to tech@bscaudio.com. Once we get to the source of the problem you will be assigned a return authorization number. The unit can then be sent for service at our facility.

In some instances it may be possible to have your authorized Bully Sound Dealer help in the service of your product. We will make every effort to make necessary repairs as quickly as possible.

If outside the USA, the authorized Bully Sound distributor will do the service on your product.

We do not supply components, circuit diagrams or schematics to any individual that is not directly affiliated with an authorized BSC dealer or distributor.
